PDF upload limit help
If a form says your PDF is too large, the fix depends on what is inside the file. Scanned photos, high-resolution images, and unnecessary pages are the usual causes.
Open the matching tool
This workflow reuses the matching PDF Buddy tool so you do not have to learn a separate interface.
How to use
- Choose your file and confirm the portal requirement.
- Use the default target or enter the exact KB limit shown by the form.
- Process the file, check the output size and readability, then download.
Best for
- Upload errors on application portals
- Email attachment limits
- PDFs made from phone scans
Privacy note
Most PDF Buddy tools run in your browser. Some advanced conversions may require server processing and show an upload notice.
Troubleshooting
If the file is still too large, reduce dimensions, remove unnecessary pages, or start from a cleaner scan. If the output is unreadable, use a larger limit or improve the source file before compression.
